Reset Your Skin (RYS) Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Reset Your Skin ("RYS", "we", "us", or "our") Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Company Information
The Affiliate Program is operated by Reset Your Skin (RYS).

2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation in the Affiliate Program is limited to individuals and businesses located in and marketing within the United Kingdom.
2.2 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process and keep such information up to date.
2.3 RYS reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
3.1 Upon approval, Affiliates will be provided with a unique affiliate tracking link.
3.2 Commissions will only be paid on qualifying purchases that are successfully tracked through the Affiliate's unique tracking link.
3.3 RYS is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed due to incorrect use of tracking links, browser restrictions, ad blockers, technical failures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Affiliates will earn a commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of the net value of qualifying sales generated through their affiliate tracking link.
4.2 "Net value" means the final purchase price paid by the customer excluding:
VAT and other taxes;
Shipping and delivery charges;
Refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled orders;
Discounts, promotional credits, or gift card redemptions.
4.3 Commissions are only payable on completed and paid customer transactions.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Affiliate commissions become eligible for payment once the Affiliate has accrued a minimum commission balance of £100.
5.2 Commission payments will be made by bank transfer or another payment method designated by RYS.
5.3 RYS reserves the right to withhold payment for any commissions associated with suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, refunded orders, or chargebacks.
5.4 Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. RYS shall not be liable for delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Affiliate.
6. Promotional Activities
Affiliates may promote RYS through websites, blogs, email newsletters, social media platforms, and other lawful marketing channels.
Affiliates must not:
Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about RYS products;
Misrepresent themselves as employees, representatives, or agents of RYS;
Use spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing practices;
Engage in fraudulent activity intended to generate commissions;
Publish offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content in connection with RYS promotions;
Use any marketing methods that violate applicable UK laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 RYS grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved RYS branding, logos, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
7.2 Affiliates shall not modify RYS trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
7.3 All intellectual property rights relating to RYS remain the exclusive property of RYS.
8. Compliance with Laws
8.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
UK consumer protection laws;
Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) requirements;
Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance;
UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.
8.2 Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with RYS whenever required by law or advertising regulations.
9. Fraud and Abuse
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Self-referrals made for the primary purpose of earning commissions;
Use of stolen payment methods;
Fake transactions;
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks;
Automated or fraudulent traffic generation;
Any attempt to manipulate tracking systems.
9.2 RYS reserves the right to reverse commissions and terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.
10.2 RYS may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate account where it reasonably believes the Affiliate has breached this Agreement.
10.3 Upon termination:
The Affiliate must cease using all RYS marketing materials;
Unpaid commissions below the £100 payment threshold may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed by RYS;
Any commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited activities shall be cancelled.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
RYS's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer
The Affiliate Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RYS makes no guarantees regarding earnings, sales volume, website availability, or uninterrupted tracking functionality.
13. Changes to the Program
RYS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
