Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. AgreementBy signing up for the Monuskin Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Violation of any terms may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

2. EnrollmentTo become an affiliate, you must complete the application process and receive approval from Monuskin. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

You must use ethical marketing practices and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising to promote our products.

You must not engage in spam, trademark bidding, or any illegal marketing tactics.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

4. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link.

Commission rates are determined by Monuskin and may be adjusted at any time.

Payments are made on a monthly basis via Paypal.

Any fraudulent or refunded transactions will not be eligible for commission payouts.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

If your account is terminated due to violation of these terms, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Monuskin’s brand assets solely for promotional purposes.

Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material is prohibited.

7. Limitation of LiabilityMonuskin will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or your participation in the affiliate program.

8. ModificationsMonuskin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing LawThis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
